Whether she agreed to it totally or not doesn't negate the fact that it's pretty tacky having an extremely realistic representation of a dead musician dancing around to other musicians' songs. The strangest part of it seems to be that when they've included other deceased musicians, they were locked to their own tracks (I heard that was the case with Jimi Hendrix's representation), where the living artists can be used to play everything in the game. If she signed off on this entirely it's just as tacky as if she didn't, and I don't understand why nobody at Activision didn't pause a second to think about how it looks.
